■Connect your MetaMask
When you open up a 502 Gateway, you will see a page like the picture below. By clicking on the “Connect Wallet MainNet only” button, MetaMask will popup.
Once Metamask pops up, choose the account that you want to connect and click Next.
Click on the Connect button and you are done connecting with your MetaMask.
When the “Connect Wallet MaiNet only” button stops to pop up, you are connected to Metamask successfully.
■ Connect your Cardano Wallet
In order to swap ADA to A502, you first need to create a deposit wallet in 502 Gateway to deposit ADA from your Cardano wallet. After connecting your MetaMask, you will see two blue “Unlock Deposit Wallet” buttons and click on either one to issue your deposit address.
Page like the picture below will pop up after clicking on the “Unlock Deposit Wallet” button. This is a menu where you can issue or to recover a deposit address. There are 3 buttons on this menu page and are as follow from the left:
1. Not have password (Click to issue a new deposit wallet)
2. Cancel (Click to close the page)
3. Unlock (Recover your deposit wallet from entering password)
■Not have password (Click to issue a new address)
Click on the “Not have password” button to issue your deposit address. The part where it says “Cardano Address” is your deposit address.
The part that says “Password” is a password to recover your deposit address. You may see your password by clicking on the button right next to it. For security reasons, we highly recommend you to create a new 502 Gateway password for every transaction.
Warning
Please note that we cannot restore your password for security reasons. We strongly recommend you to save, write down the password, and keep them safe.
■Unlock (recover from password)
You may recover your deposit wallet by entering the password that you created when you issued your deposit address.
■How to swap ADA to A502
1) When you create your deposit wallet, your address will automatically reflected on ①
2) Send the total amount of ADA that you want to swap to the address written on ①
3) When the deposit is completed, the amount of ADA you sent will show right next to “Unapproved”.
4) Click on “APPROVE” and a page like the picture below will pop up and click APPROVE again.
5) Once your A502 is approved, number of A502 will be reflected right next to “Unreceived.” In order to receive your A502, click “RECEIVE” and a page like the picture below will pop up.
6) Click on the green arrow and you are finally able to receive A502.
You will be able to see your A502 like the picture above.
■How to add A502 to your MetaMask
Click on the 「ADD A502 TO METAMASK」button to add A502 to your MetaMask.
■How to swap A502 to ADA
- Enter the Cardano address that you want to send
- Enter the amount of A502 that you want to swap.
- Click on “Swap A502 to ADA”
4. The page to confirm swap will pop up like the picture above and click “SWAP” again.
5. MetaMask will pop up and click “Confirm”
6. When all the processes are done successfully, your ADA will be reflected to the Cardano wallet that you sent.

Please enter a valid and correct recipient’s address that you want to send.(We will not guarantee any loss)
■Glossary
・A502 Balance (Number under the A502 logo)
Shows the sum of A502 balance from Metamask and unreceived A502 balance.
・Balance
Shows the A502 balance from Metamask
・Unapproved
Numbers of A502 that are not yet approved to your deposit wallet
・Unreceived
Shows the balance of A502 that is not yet received to your deposit wallet.
